The Nádas Band was formed 2 years ago and has been regularly performing at various events since then. All members are students of the Téka Folk Music School in Gherla. The band aims to explore the music of various regions, but so far, they have mainly focused on the music of Mezőség and Kalotaszeg. They consider the preservation of folk traditions and culture important, and in addition to playing music, they all also engage in folk dancing.
